I currently work at Airbnb as a Staff UX Writer for the Search and Discovery org. Before this, I was at DoorDash, where I led content design for Growth and created the voice, tone, and content strategy for the company’s generative AI voice and text chatbots.
Prior to DoorDash, I was at Google, where I developed the content strategy behind the creation and launch of YouTube Premium Lite and Premium badges. And before that, I was at Twitter (RIP), where I led content design not only for products like Twitter Circle and Super Follows, but also for large-scale user safety initiatives and misleading information mitigation strategies.
