Nice to meet you.

 

Curious, strategic, and user-centered, I'm a content and conversation designer who works at the intersection of language, AI, and design. I specialize in shaping end-to-end experiences that are inclusive, intent-driven, and data-informed. Equal parts details-obsessed and big-picture oriented, I bring thoughtful storytelling and systems thinking to every project.

I currently work at DoorDash, where I’m the lead content and conversation designer for the Customer Experience org, focused on driving the strategy and creating the voice and tone for the company’s generative AI voice and text chatbots. Before moving to this team, I led content design for the Growth org, where my work centered on improving the user experience across notifications, deals, new user onboarding, and login flows.

Prior to DoorDash, I was at Google, where I developed the content strategy behind the creation and launch of YouTube Premium Lite and Premium badges. And before that, I was at Twitter (RIP), where I led content design not only for products like Twitter Circle and Super Follows, but also for large-scale user safety initiatives and misleading information mitigation strategies.
